This may mean switching up your diet a bit to ensure your little one is getting the proper nutrition. Here are some things you should try to include in your daily food intake for the next nine months. 

Fruits and Vegetables

Fruits and vegetables are full of beneficial vitamins and nutrients for your growing baby. Green foods, such as broccoli, contain fiber, antioxidants and iron, which are good for both mom and baby. Many women crave sweets when they are pregnant. Instead of going for the ice cream all the time, consider stocking your house with apples and beers that have gone through fruit packaging California instead. Nuts
